Managing Partner

Daniel spent 10 years working with several industry superannuation funds. His responsibilities included multi-asset investment strategy, strategic and tactical asset allocation, portfolio construction and fund manager selection.  

Daniel’s earlier responsibilities include the valuation of complex derivatives and hedge fund-of-fund products at Deutsche Bank AG in London, UK. He also worked with ANZ Banking Group Limited, where he provided businesses with foreign exchange sales and advice. 

Daniel holds a Bachelor of Business from RMIT, a Master of Applied Finance from Kaplan/FINSIA.

Daniel completed the Behavioural Economics and the Modern Economy program at the London School of Economics. He also completed the Value Investing program at the Columbia University Graduate School of Business.



Senior Portfolio Manager

Payal Vasa is a Senior Portfolio Manager at Guiscard Capital.

Prior to joining our investment team, Payal was a portfolio manager at VicSuper, a $25bn Superannuation fund. Where she was responsible for managing International and Emerging Markets equity portfolio’s and contributing to Fixed Income, Cash and Currency portfolios.

Payal holds a Master’s degree in Commerce as well as a Diploma in Business Management specialising in finance.




Andrew is a Director of Ambassador Funds Management. He co-founded Ambassador, an independent funds management marketing, sales and client servicing firm focusing on institutional clients in 2004.

Andrew spent five years as Manager, Business Development at Fidelity International where he was involved in all aspects of business development and client servicing. 

He also spent ten years at William M. Mercer working in a variety of roles including actuarial analyst, administration project manager, pension consultant and investment consultant advising clients on asset allocation and fund manager selection.

This included the establishment of an investment consulting practice in the Mercer Hong Kong office where Andrew served as Head of Investment Consulting.



Company Secretary

May is a recently retired Governance, Risk and Compliance leader. She has over twenty-five years of experience in financial services having held senior risk management and compliance roles in the banking, superannuation and insurance industries in Australia and internationally. 

She has implemented enterprise-wide risk and compliance framework and driven major risk management culture change programs. Employers include AIG, AIA, Mercer, State Street Bank and Trust Company, GE Capital, CGU and MLC.

May has a strong understanding of business practices and regulations within the financial services industry. She has an excellent track record in building teams, managing change and strategic thinking.




Andrew is a Senior Finance Professional who has specialized in accounting and administration for high net worth family groups and not for profit groups.


His experience includes 12 years in family offices in senior finance and administration roles and previously 7 years in Industry as a Financial Controller and 8 years within Business Services/Taxation. 

He served 10 years in the Australia Army as a reservist.

He graduated from Monash University with a Science Degree and a Diploma in Economics. He completed military studies at Royal Military College, Duntroon, and a Diploma of Financial Planning from CPA Australia amongst other post graduate studies. He is a Fellow member of CPA Australia.
